1. Information about certain user behavior is logged at the server level. This data is used solely for the administration of the website and to ensure the most efficient operation of the hosting services provided.
2. Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. Additionally, the following may be recorded:

b. time of sending the response,
c. name of the client station – identification performed via the HTTP protocol,
d. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,

The CONTROLLER collects and processes data in accordance with and for the purposes of its business activities, in connection with the services or products offered and provided. This includes contact and personal data necessary for the performance of ongoing and future contracts, including those related to the quality of the services provided and their security. The CONTROLLER does not collect or process other data that is not necessary for the performance of the contract. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but it is a necessary condition for the performance of contracts for services offered by the CONTROLLER. This applies similarly to contracts concluded between the CONTROLLER and Suppliers.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The CONTROLLER processes your personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or with your employer or principal, including:
a) providing, maintaining and improving services;
b) ensuring proper customer service;
c) handling requests you send to us;
d) contacting you for purposes related to the provision of services;

In addition, processing is necessary to comply with the legal obligations incumbent on the CONTROLLER in connection with executed contracts (e.g. tax rules, storage of documents and accounting records), as well as for the performance of tasks related to business activities, including, for example, planning and organizing work, reporting and conducting analyses.

We also process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, which is:
a) conducting marketing activities for you regarding the ADMINISTRATOR's own services in connection with ongoing contracts and contracts to be continued in the future.
b) contacting you for purposes related to permitted marketing activities, in particular and with your consent, by e-mail;

DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Your personal data is stored for the duration of the contract concluded with you, and also after its termination for the purposes of fulfilling obligations arising from legal provisions, including tax and accounting obligations, pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract, and archiving. The maximum storage period is 10 years from the end of the contract. Personal data obtained for marketing purposes and for the purpose of sending commercial information electronically are stored until you withdraw your consent to such processing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
We only share personal data with other entities when permitted by law. We include security measures in relevant agreements to protect data and maintain confidentiality. Therefore, your data may be transferred to:
a) entities cooperating with us, which provide us with support in the provision of services and perform activities related to their implementation;
b) external entities that operate and manage our internal IT systems;
c) to supervisory authorities, in response to a request for information, where disclosure is in accordance with or required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request;

Under applicable law, individuals have certain rights regarding their personal data, and the controller is responsible for ensuring their implementation. Where the CONTROLLER is the data controller and determines the method and purpose of personal data processing, we hereby inform you of your rights:

• The right to rectification – if your data is out of date or incorrect.
• The right to erasure of data – if your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or you do not consent to further processing of the data.
• The right to restrict processing – if you notice that your data is incorrect or is being processed unlawfully, you may request that the processing of your data be restricted for a period allowing us to check the accuracy or compliance of the data.
• The right to object – at any time when the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest and the objection is justified by the specific situation in which you find yourself or your personal data is processed for marketing purposes.
